Selection Criteria

Innovation management performance is measured against the five dimensions of the A.T. Kearney House of Innovation:

1.	Innovation strategy: is innovation strategy developed and implemented by top management?
2.	Innovation organization and culture: is a culture of innovation firmly embedded within the organization as a key factor in innovation competence?
3.	Innovation lifecycle management: are rigorous innovation lifecycle management processes maximizing value creation of the product portfolio?
4.	Supporting factors: does the company leverage enabling factors to successfully implement innovations?
5.	Innovation success: is innovation continuous and is it implemented successfully?

In addition, this year’s Award looks at Sustainable innovation management - impact of the financial crisis.
