Application process and deadlines

The competition is open to Belgian/Luxembourg companies as well as non-Belgian/Luxembourg companies with a legal entity in Belgium.
Two grants will be awarded:

-	one for large companies (more than 1.000 employees)
-	one for SME's

Companies may enter any business unit responsible for the overall development of a product group, whereby a product group is defined as a homogeneous group of products or services with similar design & development processes and functionalities. In such case, please register and submit a questionnaire for each participating business unit separately.

At the request of several participants, the deadline has been extended to September 30, 2009.

Closing date for entries:	September 30, 2009
On-Site visits:	September 1, 2009 - October 30, 2009
Best Innovator Award ceremony:	November 25, 2009
